Recently my days seem to be filled with DON"T get it moments...but every so often I get to see that light come on and it sure is good.

Losing 55 lbs makes me look and feel younger... clothes that used to not fit now fit... converesely , clothes that did fit no longer fit...My shirt size has gone from XL to Med. and my waist went from 36" to 31".
Riding a motorcycle also enhances the quality of life... It negates age to a certain extent .. theres not a greater means of conveyence than that of two wheels and the feelings associated with it.
I recently took control of my diet. After one month, I feel fantastic. Old issues are going away. As a bonus, I've lost 15+ pounds. No turning back!
Me too !still getting excited at buying a new (2nd hand) bike , always makes me feel like im 17 again , till I ride it then I feel 1/2 my age , then I ride it longer distance then fully feel my age … BUT...THAT FIRST FEELING IS GREAT .. COULD BE WHY IV BECOME A BIKE HOARDER... lol
rdlc 350 was one of my fav bikes along with the 4cyd honda 400 ..mmmm had a lot of bikes over a lot of yrs but the small go fast / have a good time bikes make my hair grow back .. reactions get back to normal .. dick stands up etc etc especially with an old 2 stroke , doesn't cost as much to fix and run a muke with as a 4 strokeMe too !
...and even more energizing for me is reviving a barn find which has been dormant and neglected for decades.
A couple years ago I paid $350 for a '74 RD350, and spent much of the winter restoring it's functionality.
The fact that it subsequently started on the first kick/attempt was a thrill:

Its really no secret...Its the Ketogenic diet...and it really does work if you adhere to it...well done Jet thats the best news I've heard in a while.
