I am far from a pro painter but my paint jobs that I've done come out pretty good for the most part. I was looking at using HOK paint and flakes. Question is how do you spray it?

The HOK Shimrins spray just like regular paint. Be sure to use a fresh filter when you start.
Another suggestion is to add a little more flake to your first couple coats of HOK clear and finish with no flake on the final 1 or 2 coats.
Last time I did it on the Road Star, I bought a couple of $19.00 cup guns from Harbor Freight. Small gun to spray color and the larger gun to spray the clear.
Turned out slick as snot...
