Some of you may remember a recent thread, several actually, where a failed magnet on a replacement rotor caused very poor running. Although I fixed mine with a strong rare earth magnet, I was, needless to say, very unhappy over the fact that a new part caused me so much grief.
So I contacted Electrosport, the vendor that sold me the rotor. To my surprise, they almost immediately sent a new rotor at no charge.
So here's to a company that wants to do right.
