No rear brakes

My rear drum brakes do almost nothing. I followed some advice from othe threads, pulled shoes, sanded shoes and housing. put it back together and absolutly no improvement. Ordered new shoes from Mikes. Hope that fixes it. Old shoes were about 1\8" thick and badly glazed.

Sounds like normal operation to me. That's why they put brakes on the front too.
