oil level switch

just wondering why mamayama never put a oil level switch/light on the 650's, they put that damn worthless sight window on later years but even the 400 had a low warning lamp, just about have to be oil level since these don't really make enough pressure to run a pressure switch

jayel, I guess the Yamaha engineers knew these engines were super reliable and never leak oil.

Actually it was probably the accountants that said it would lower the profit margin to add too much instrumentation. They blew the budget on things like the "Reserve light device" and the "Light checker"
