one exhaust is more powerful than the other. help?

The right side exhaust is more powerful than that of the left when idling. I checked the carb system everything is fine. I was told it could be the main and float pilots. I dont really know much about it. Any ideas as to why this is happening.
 
There is a video that shows how to balance the floats on I think You Tube. Also there is a way to balance them with the vent tubes off the carb boots if you have them. The float balance thing looks easy. I can't remember the exact place I found them.

Id say the carbs are out of sync. Its easy to check with a homemade tool for a couple of bucks and doesn't require much effort. If its idling and out of balance, one pipe will produce a stronger thump.
