With no carbs, pipes, or spark plug installed, I'll bet it's seized up but good, maybe too badly to bring back.

Worth taking, for the right price .
Probably good - head, rocker assm,,maybe good Trans parts, good hubs,primary cover, trees, etc. maybe even a good straight frame & swing arm............

If your going to chop it and just put it together with whatever you have around the shop....i think its a ok.....if your going to restore it...i think you can find a project with a lot less missing parts. However, I think you can get your $100 dollars back by selling a few of the parts on fleabay...if it dont work out..
