Stuff my dog says; on second thought I'll just build a race car

guessing the shop you work at has a Waterjet cutter?
Nope, paid to have these done outside. The shop I work at does have a CNC router table that could have easily cut these though, and the guy who runs that said he would cut these for me free of charge. That was 10 months ago now and I just now paid to have this other place cut them.....but that other guy did say he would cut them for me so that counts for something right? (It doesn't)

So an update on things is that I haven't touched the race car since I painted the nose with the darker blue, life has been a bit of a mess and I just haven't had the motivation. New job is fantastic but things are getting drug out with the place I left and it's sucking up mental energy having to deal with it. Coupled with that was some minor dental surgery a week and a half ago and there has been a lot more " I really need to get back out and work on the car" than there has been actually going out to work on it.

Nash, I was actually thinking about you this afternoon. Out for a ride with wife on her new CanAm Spyder. She's had it for just over 3 months and on this ride it turned 5,000 miles.

Going through a small village near here saw a car somewhat like your race car sitting in a driveway with a forsale sign on it. Did not stop as it was getting cold and we were going to find some place to eat. Only really go a good look at the back and it was no where as sharp as yours. It was just a bit boxy and squared off.

Hope you get things worked out with old and new jobs and get back to working on the car!

I actually did a bit on the car yesterday. And I'm even back out here today. Took stuff out of the interior with a mind toward blacking things out.

I did some more painting last Sunday but it wasn't anything note worthy. Tonight however I did a second coat of black around the radiator where it will be visible through the grill and reassembled the gauges with the switch call out panels in place.

Plus bonus C10 from work content.
