Lol Paul I thought you where talking about my kitchen table until a saw the gormey meal Garry has. I eat dinner right next to the big bore build every night
I might not pack anything for an overnighter. But here's how to pack for several years. The extra boots are important..........Is that hard to take or what? They didn't pack all that in on the bikes. Now that I think about it, gggGary should show and tell what to pack and how for a short trip or overnighter. I think that would be cool beans and give us some ideas.
This was an easy trip, Phil had his MGB but everything but the cast iron fry pan would have been packed on his Concours He's the king of MC travel packingIs that hard to take or what? Here's his long distance packing list. since I didn't need to bring much I splurged and brought the percolator coffee pot. my bags had lots of spare room. The ole road barge has it's points.

On the other hand while exploring the Necedah National wildlife refuge Saturday I ended up on a long gravel road then hit deep loose gavel, like all true adventures the outcome was seriously in doubt, kinda wish I had extra underwear, there was some impressive fishtailing going on. If I had all the baggage on at that point prolly would'a gone down.
We roughed it for breakfast; bacon, eggs over easy, toasted english muffins with jam fresh brewed coffee.
