Just finished reading that. 1 year and 6 days on active duty. She made a hell of a name for herself that short span.

That's Beth Rodden and Tommy Caldwell, I met them in MPLS at a competition . I used to do a lot of rock climbing with my girlfriend and others. I would have done that but they were at a slightly higher skill set. I have climbed all over the US and have climbed Devils tower a few times.

Ya the third photo is my friend, I started climbing in my 40's and could out climb most of the kids in there teens and 20's. I still only weighed 128 lbs back then and was pretty much all muscle. Not like today at 146 lbs. The MC accident kinda put an end to the hard climbs. Nothing like total concentration on some routes. Devils tower is a blast to climb, pretty much an all day affair. I would love to get back on the rock but age is catching up at 69. One of the best periods of my life. But I will always have the motorcycles to fall back on
