Yamaha XS 650 Flat Tracker / Street Tracker
A chance of circumstances means this bike now has to go.
By the previous owner the top end has been rebuilt including new piston rings new cam chain and tensioner/slipper guide valves were reground new camshaft bearings and all new seals and gaskets solid head bolt washers were used as the standard ones cause problems on these and all the filter gauzes have been replaced it has had new inlet rubbers fitted and the carbs were overhauled it has had new clutch plates and springs new clutch pushrod and worm gear and a new clutch cable the generator rotor has been rewound and new carbon brushes fitted this engine runs and sounds fantastic and wants for nothing.
It has had new wheel bearings front and rear and tyres are in good condition it has had new chain and sprockets and the rear brake master cylinder has been refurbished. The swing arm has had a needle roller bearing conversion.
Standard clocks have been changed for a small speedo. New front fork seals. New seat and recent paintwork. video of it running here:
The mileage on the clock shows 67560. New numberplate on order. MOT up at the end of August and would go through another with no worries these bikes are going up in value and are becoming very sort after so please no silly offers.
