My three-phase regulator is also a cheap one. $10 or less.Just use a gy6 regulator to match the stator.
Thanks for watching. Actually I only assembled the spokes to test the length of the spokes, I haven't assembled the wheel yet.I believe your spoke pattern is wrong at some places
Nearest to the hub.
If you look at 8 o clock 4 spokes crossing
9 o clock the same
but 10 o clock looks different
I have never done a Motorcycle wheel but bicycles ..and if the spokes are not going to the right place the nut can bottom out
since the length sticking out differs

I thought the same and check the bearings well.Are bearings fully seated against clean recesses? Cocked bearing , first guess.
I found the problem. bad seals.
That might be the pavement.Notice a bit of bouncing on the freeway
