My lights arrived today and I’m quite impressed with their performance, so much in fact that I ordered two more. I was mistaken on the price. I paid $45 a pair plus tax not $38.

Man, you'll be feeling the difference already. When I started insulating my workshop I could feel it.
I was going to get the doors sprayed but the installer was concerned the added weight would be too much for my smaller garage door openers. I’m going to buy insulating foam sheets, cut and fit them between the ribs ( stick them on with construction adhesive?). Then I’ll probably try to fill the gaps with aerosol expanding foam. Didn’t want to do this but the worry of doors not opening and / or killing my door openers, changed my mind about the spray foam.

I like this. My doors are one piece steel. Need to think about whether or not such a kit would work well. I like the retention clips.
I've got similar on my door... but without the foil layer. It makes a noticeable difference.
