Sorry all, just looked promising.
"extremely clean 1983 Yamaha XS650 Heritage Special that was recently brought out of a long hibernation. It has had the fuel system cleaned & carbs tuned & balanced. It has recent new battery, seat cover, clutch, progressive rear springs & front fork rebuild kit, updated steering head bearings, swing arm bushings, tires & fresh oil change, etc. It runs & rides & looks great! The plan was to build a cafe racer out of it but I don’t have the heart to strip down such a clean original bike & I’m not a fan of this style XS650, would consider trade for an earlier version flat seat XS650 & or possible other trades that catch my eye.

The one I'm collecting tracker parts for is an '81 Special. It's mechanically sound but cosmetically ratty. The perfect tracker candidate!Local Topeka bike but I`ve never seen it. All my last 5 builds have been Specials. I don`t have the heart to cut up a Standard. The bike in this ad looks much better when viewed through "Tracker Goggles"
