As of 10:50 P.M 7/9, it's gone.Damn it...no title, again
I've got the fever for a 75 something fierce right now too.
Poor Specials...the Rodney Dangerfield of the XS-650 world. Even the seller says he's not a fan of that body style. Very, very nice condition though."extremely clean 1983 Yamaha XS650 Heritage Special that was recently brought out of a long hibernation. It has had the fuel system cleaned & carbs tuned & balanced. It has recent new battery, seat cover, clutch, progressive rear springs & front fork rebuild kit, updated steering head bearings, swing arm bushings, tires & fresh oil change, etc. It runs & rides & looks great! The plan was to build a cafe racer out of it but I don’t have the heart to strip down such a clean original bike & I’m not a fan of this style XS650, would consider trade for an earlier version flat seat XS650 & or possible other trades that catch my eye.
Asking:$3400"

Local Topeka bike but I`ve never seen it. All my last 5 builds have been Specials. I don`t have the heart to cut up a Standard. The bike in this ad looks much better when viewed through "Tracker Goggles""extremely clean 1983 Yamaha XS650 Heritage Special that was recently brought out of a long hibernation. The one I'm collecting tracker parts for is an '81 Special. It's mechanically sound but cosmetically ratty. The perfect tracker candidate!Local Topeka bike but I`ve never seen it. With that kind of mileage it might be worth it ?Buy of a lifetime. km/h. Someone needs to land on this before it`s gone.
