I just bought this bike this week and it is my first so excuse my ignorance if it's obvious. There are a couple of lines that are disconnected but I know where they go except for one. Also there are two holes that look like they go together but I don't have a line for them. If anyone has a diagram or advice that would be super.
I'll post photos of what I'm talking about in the replies

The first photo is the line that doesn't seem to go anywhere, the second the hole that doesn't have a line, and the third is the hole where id imagine they connect.

If I recall right there is 2 lines

1 goes to intake --Opening the Petcock

1 goes to carbs with fuel

There can be some more Info in the Tech Section

Line at your thumb connects intake vacuum to vacuum diaphragm nipple around the back of the petcock. There SHOULD be a brass nipple sticking out of the intake for it to connect to. Best to use automotive black vacuum line for this. The other intake manifold also has a nipple that should be capped (and clamped).
Your carb fuel line is peaking out just forward and below the rear of the petcock. REPLACE it, old fuel lines shed little slivers of rubber that create endless carb problems. The lower right hole is blank and goes nowhere.

It looks like the nipple has pulled out of the manifold with the hose. I'd say it's time for new manifolds.

I'm going to clean out the carb and replace the lines, but how how do you replace the line I'm holding in the first picture with the brass sticking out? The other stuff seems simple, 1/4 fuel line should do the job, but I don't know about the other line

The vacuum line needed is smaller than 1/4" fuel line. If you pull that brass nipple out of that vacuum line you're holding in the first pic, you'll see it's smaller than the fuel line nipples. If you take it to an auto parts store, they should be able to find you the proper size.
