when I can get it I use c12 (VP race fuel) ... I know not legal for street use due to the lead content blah blah blah I still run two or three tanks of it every summer. other than that I use super (91octane) unleaded ... and as far as the trucker story, He may have been mis informed ... Here all gasoline comes in one ship and is separated into different tanks those tanks then receive the necessary additives to be regular unleaded or super unleaded ... Then, different additives are added once dispensed to the truck for the different stations (shell citgo mobil texaco etc)
