Cam bearing replacement

Hello,
I need to replace all 4 bearings when i found they make sound/noise while i replace the shell cam. But those i got from a store have more balls than the stock ones. They are skf bearing. The store said it is better and more smooth.
Is it correct? And should I give a try on them?
Attached picture: top is stock one (koyo), bottom is the new replacement (skf)

I would say they are correct. If they are SKF then it is a good bearing. The more balls would give it a better load bearing capacity and I would think a smoother operation.

I ran into the same thing when I replaced the bearings in the front disk carrier on my XS2. Same bearing as the cam bearings. 10,000 miles later and have had no problem with them.
