Free 75 XS650 parts bike

I have a parts bike I was going to strip for parts but do not have the time. Motor locked up no paperwork.
Bike is on Long Island NY, but I am going to PA the third weekend of April and can put it on my trailer.
Will be taking 78 or 80 as far as 81, could meet somewhere along the way.

80 meets 81 near Wilke Barre, 78 down around Harrisburg. Pretty big stretch between. Narrow it down a bit?

Not a big deal but it looks like it's a 76.

Name of the town is Hegins, about halfway between 78 and 80 off of 81.
Coming from Long Island I can take either 78 or 80 it's about the same distance.
