Ikon 7610-1348 Shocks

I'm sure they'll work just fine although if I had a choice, I would go slightly longer. The 1348s are 325mm long (about 12.8") which isn't much different than stock. Most of us change to something in the 13" - 14" range. Personally, I run some 1429s @ 337mm (about 13 1/4") and they are very nice.

Thanks much for the info. I am also going to investigate the 7614 series. Aluminum body and gas charged. I can only imagine the cost (the 7610 are $380). But what the heck :).

On Icon's site they're $475 ea. Just for laffs I put two in the cart and totaled it up and it was $1019.00 or something.

I think it depends on the style of bike, The ones I was looking at the price were for pair with springs. Looks like all of their dual shock setups are in the 380 range / pr. The mono shock version are 475. But I could be wrong, I will call tomorrow to find out the skinny and their relationship to Koni.

Back in the 70's I bought a set of Konis for my CZ400 and they were $100.00, added the poppy bodies to them and that was an additional $150.00. But definately worth the money for the adjustable damping characteristics.

Ikon bought the rights to produce Koni bike shocks when Koni stopped producing them so Ikons basically are Konis. You'll notice that the chart I uploaded is from Ikon but the part numbers are the same that Koni used.
