Just got back from picking up my first XS. Had probably over 30 bikes by now, but this is my first XS and I am super excited to start building it.
1979, 24K miles, original owner! How nuts is that? Picked it up for a crazy low price too.
It's runs and rides great, but I'll probably take the motor down anyway just for my own piece of mind.
Please excuse the king and queen seat, obviously it wont be staying....
If you guys wanna poach anything off of it, the only stock bits I'll probably be keeping are the frame, tank, electrical system and the carbs. Shoot me an offer. (If I should only post something like that in the classifieds, my apologies. I'm new here.)
