Looking for Paul, the magic welder

I was recently doing a search on the forum for info related to using a xs750 gas tank on a cafe build. I ran across a post dated 12/27/10 where a member spoke of "Paul, the magic welder" as doing great work on modifying xs750 tanks and wanted to get in touch with him as he had a tank he wanted to modify. I also have a tank that I would like get done if Paul is still around and still doing this kind of work. Paul, are you out there?? Or does anyone maybe know about Paul and how to get in touch with him??

It looks like he was OC Steve's neighbor in '08. Maybe find him through him?
