Hi all,
I have a 1980 xs650SG. I have been battling electical issues for the past weeks. And finally got it together only to lead to another problem.
I hooked everything back up. Turned the bike on, pressed the start button. Heard the solenoid click over. But no sound from the starter (I know that it works, I tested when I took it off). And then after I hit the start button a strong sulfur smell arose. It kept happening each time I tried it, only twice in case it is bad.
Any idea one what is happening??
