The forum inmates are SO familiar with the XS650 and troubleshooting, diagnosing that we forget at some point in our lives
even we didn't know poop about fix'n stuff.
I think we need to go back a bit and be sure that BACK SHIFT really needs a rotor before he removes and replaces his. In one of his other threads we can go through and test the charging system piece by piece and see if we can find out what the problem REALLY is.
