How to remove stock air box to look like this???

I would like to remove my stock air box and relocate my battery and associated wiring. Does anyone know of a detailed DIY with pictures or could someone walk me through it? I have used the search function and only find tons of discussion on why or why not to switch to pod filters or how to retune after switching...
