Take a look at the size of that rear sprocket! It’s probably a rocket up to 45 mph before it tops out at 50!

IMHO that rear sprocket could sure use some more holes.

I expect it started life as a Yamaha SCR900. The base engine for the SCR is the same as the Bolt engine.

Eye catching. Probably fun to ride. On the right road. When you're in the right mood. Well, it is a motorbike, after all.

I've never ridden one. MCN slated the SCR950 for having a cruiser frame, with serious compromises, like the pegs deck out every turn. Mind you, only 51 HP from a 950 v-twin suggests there might be a luvverly torque curve? Would be worth a test ride just to find out, 'cept they're NLA.

The tarted version sure looks nice but as Bob says, it probably tops out at 50. All mouth and no trousers?

Sprocket size an artifact of the original belt final drive ratios. Looks apropos.
A virago 1100 might have been a better starting point. But the Indian owns this segment. (porky tracker styled old men's bikes)..............

That Yamaha tracker is sharp. Looks like it has been de-raked. The Faster Sons icon on the timing cover indicates it may have been a sponsored special build. They were the ones that did the XS2 Reso-mod.
