Is this camshaft ruined?

I am planning on sending this cam for re-phase mods (Hugh). I ordered it off of ebay and it ended up having these scratches/mild gouges. I am assuming it's toast... What do you all think?

How do the lobes (where the rockers ride to open the valves) look? As far as the pic looks, if around the mark is smooth, I'd use it.

Send it on... That is where the bearings sit, and not a sealing surface. Should be just fine. If not, I have others here to swap it out for

There's a pretty good gouge on the cam lobe itself... Camera sucks, so it didn't really show up... it's kind of a big flat spot...
