Late Model Engine Quirks

Haha, great! At least they're doing some good.

Did a cursury search thru my remaining subscribed threads, they're all showing last post dates of 2015, this year. Many are still relevant, and informative. If you like, I'll post them later.

Please bear in mind that I'm still relatively new here, and have missed many interesting threads prior to 2013. This rabbit hole goes pretty deep...

Don't know why you didn't post this link.

Man you must have spent a lot of time on the search button:banghead::laugh:

Here is a PDF on, "Exhausts", that 650 Performance used to have a link to from their "Home page", The link is now a 404 but because they used to have it on the net as free i don't think they would mind me re-posting it.

Oh, yeah, the forum's "TAGS"! That would've gotten a bunch of those threads.

Probably explains why my tablet's search button looks a little worn:

One of those threads reminded me to take a look in a box full of cam chains and guides. Out of all the possible bikes over a few decades, I managed to find a brand new OEM Yamaha (447) cam chain. There may be a new DID chain in there as well. Will have to look closer.

Hi solo,
now I'm truly envious. I too have boxes full of stuff from years ago but the only way I can find some part or other that I know is in there is to go and buy a new one!
