AtoXS This is one of the best build threads ive read, the story with the pickup of the xs´s are just great.

Reminds me of a similar story when we picked up our two cats

I ordered a timing light last night, should be here on Tuesday which is good because I'm off. I'm kind of wondering if I should have sprung for the more expensive versions with the rpm gauge since I don't have a tach, but others seem to be able to get it close without one so I guess I can too.
Once it's timed the only thing left to do is try to get the clutch unstuck so when I drop it into first it doesn't stall. Hopefully the simple fix of dumping it at 1500+ into first works and gets me rolling.

Thanks for that. It's kind of awkward doing on a phone between the app and forum so I figured it was probably wrong. If I was at home I could have easily done in from my pc. It should be good now.

Here are some pictures from my garage. Hopefully I'll have it on the road in the next couple of days and have some better ones. Also, I got the clutch unstuck last night kicking it in first and pushing it around in first with the clutch pulled in. Now I think all that's left to do is get it timed and find a better way to mount my clamp on brake switch.
