Well, Piss need advice asap

So I have already lost a part to this bike. It is this part(it's one of the small pins in the wheel. Where can I get another one?/What does it do?

That's a pin to your shift drum, with out it you cannot shift the transmission past or down from what ever gear your in. Any good Yamaha parts department should be able to hook you up.
