What are these bars called , and where to find them?

Im in love with the handlebars found on the Visual Impacts website . Does anybody know if the style has a certain name or is it just considered a T-bar? They are most likely one-offs but i figured i ask anyways. Here is a link http://www.visualimpact2.com/FRAME-BRAT-KIT.html
