Nice Jim!
Wish I had me a plasma torch.

My "upside down stand" is a 4X6" wooden block with holes drilled for the top end studs (first pic.). It doesn't require the front mount.....or fit an upside down stand to the upper front motor mount that would allow you to flip the motor over and split the cases.
Good to know. If I ever get offered one.... I'll take a pass. You did good to build your own stand. That TC Bros. stand from Mikes is a P.O.S. Someone gave me one and it's just plain awful. A royal pain to install and remove, partly because it fits like shit. I mean, if you're going to make and sell something, make it fit why don't you, lol.
Thanks Bob.Well Jim, I love the way you think. That sure looks like something you paid a lot for. Very nicely done!
Thanks. My next build will be with a highly modified frame. Stay tuned.Great job Jim! With your skills I think it's evident that one day you'll built your own frame. If you haven't done that already in the past.
You don't think I'd go out and just buy cardboard do ya?Jim,
Where did you get that great patterning cardboard?
A few months ago I cut out two 8 foot wide by six foot tall openings in a steel building. I cut them pretty much non-stop except for repositioning the man lift. It never missed a beat.It says it has a duty cycle of 60%: and efficiency at 85%......................how does that work out? Did you have to rest the machine during the cuts???
Thanks Phil. Pass on the holes...Great job on the stand! Are you going to drill the sides full of holes??
Yeah... kinda blew my mind. 7 watchers... one person bid to 15 bucks and I bid 15.50 then forgot about it. Shocked the hell outta me when I got an email tellin' me I won.....That was a smokin' deal.
Yeah, was actually feelin' kinda bad for the guy. Then I got to thinking.... 'bout 6 months ago I put some Cessna airplane parts on Ebay that should have got me about 3 grand. "One" guy bid 500 and got em'Holy cow! Jim you stole those!
