Hello,

So my electric starter decided that it no longer wants to work, so now ive been left to either kick or push start it. the problem with my kick starter however, is that i have rearsets installed so it wont clear. Do i have to bend it or do i have another option?

Any and all help or advice is welcome and appreciated.

Thank You,
Seth

Fix your starter. Until then, try a sr500 kicker, or bend it for now. Some rear sets need a folding peg. Someone here machined a hinge into the rear set peg to clear kicker. I think it was osteoderm

It's going to depend on where your rearsets are located to know what will clear...might be better to custom bend your current kicker to make sure it works for your set up...

but in case you are interested, I used this RD400 kicker from Yambits.

I wound up going with the Yambits kickstart lever for my TX650. It appears to have more offset. It is cheaper at $60 versus the Heiden Tuning at $$186. Thanks again.
