I expect at least two of 'em are done by now...
Bill, not sure what year center stand you're looking for but I have one off my 75 sitting around if you need itI am still sorting all the parts. I need 3 more center stands and a few front fenders.
The 74/75 are peculiar as they fit around those huge mufflers.Bill, not sure what year center stand you're looking for but I have one off my 75 sitting around if you need it
Thanks I looked at weather and room in the trailer before I left and decided flying home from pa. Would be smarter. Taking my time, headed up the blue ridge parkway today.Gary did you make it to PA? Man it’s getting cold again and your ride back to WI is gonna be brutal if you don’t wait a few days. I left 70* in AL this morning and stopped in Louisville for the night and it’s 35* outside…
I know Grand Masters at chess have played simultaneous exhibition games against up to 5 opponents and won, blindfolded. And I have also heard statements of proficient garage monkeys being able to strip down an engine and put it back together, blindfolded. You know this project could bring National Attention!!Like this

I was running parallel with you coming up the western side of KY. I spent 8 months there for work and brought my XS down and had the time of my life exploring back roads. Took the bike up to the top of the Gorge, down through the Nada tunnel while I was there. I learned that every numbered road in KY was paved and they all went somewhere. Lots of times they were just wide enough for a single car and there were no shoulders to stop on so you really had to be careful about meeting another vehicle. You also had to be careful of the Civil War era stone fences as sometimes they were right off the road. I know, pics or it never happened. I’ll have to kickstart the old laptop and pull some off. Thanks I looked at weather and room in the trailer before I left and decided flying home from pa. Would be smarter.
